Five (5) committee members will be appointed by the Board of Supervisors. Each Supervisor shall appoint one (1) member who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and resides in the unincorporated area of their supervisorial district for the duration of their appointment. Committee members shall not be current County of Kern employees, members of the Kern County Board of Supervisors, or any other elected official of the County of Kern.
